California Utility Project provides residential and commercial facilities with the ability to generate power on-site. Generating power on-site is referred to as Solar, Wind or Turbine. California Utility Project upgrades residential homes and commercial facilities into renewable power that is generated on-site. Generating power on-site is referred to as a utility project that requires a Construction and or Home Improvement License. California Utility Project operates under a Renewable Energy Act Law - SB100. Clean Energy is required to be generated on site as a part of phase 1 renewable energy conversion. Conversions started with Commercial Buildings and Education Institutions. Phase 2 on requires a survey, and a Construction / Home Improvement License. Phase 2 includes California Utility Project assisting qualified homes with the ability to generate power on-site through solar, wind or turbine power.
